Notice to all HARCE Volunteer Examiners:

The ARRL/VEC has released the 9th Edition of the VE Manual.  All Volunteer Examiners should download a copy of this new manual, read it carefully, and become intimately familiar with its contents.  While there are few changes with exam session procedures, there have been many FCC rule changes since code testing ended in February 2007.

Morse Code Testing Ended on February 23, 2007!

All radio amateurs are advised to know and fully understand their operating privileges before taking to the airwaves.
